Invitation to Attend Our 3rd Anniversary cum 2nd Installation Banquet

We have the pleasure in inviting Kindred from Ye Clan Associations to attend our 3rd Anniversary cum 2nd Installation Banquet which will be held on 26th May, 2013 (Sunday) at 7:00 p.m. at Putera Theatre Ballroom, Taman Tun Fuad, Bukit Padang.

2. Please delegate one representative from among your attending members to take part in the Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony during the banquet.

3. MAY is the festive month for Sabah as our native countrymen, the Kadazan people, are celebrating their Harvest Festival. This is the best time to come to Sabah for travelling and it is our pleasure to arrange for you any excursion tours that you like. 

Moreover, our secretariat is ready to help you for booking accommodation and also transportation. Just let us know what you need.

Information For Out Station Guests

1. Transportation
We are providing airport transfer as well as banquet's venue transfer.
If you have other transportation needs, please let us know, we will help you to make the arrangement.

2. Accommodation
Please take note that, as 24th May to 9th June is the peak travel season in Sabah, most hotel rooms will be snapped up by a multitude of travel agencies one month in advance. It is advisable to book one's accommodation as early as possible.

We have negotiated with Citidel Express, a 3-stars hotel at the heart of Kota Kinabalu City to get a most favorable pricing as follow:

(A) Standard Double (1 Queen bed, 13sqm) : RM140.00
(B) Superior Twin (2 Single Beds, 14sqm) : RM140.00
(C) Superior Triple (1 Queen bed & 1 Single bed, 23sqm) : RM220.00
(D) Studio (1 King bed & Living room, 41sqm) : RM340.00

* The above price inclusive of airport transfer.
* Hotel breakfast is not included but can be ordered at RM14 per person.
* There is only one Studio unit in the hotel.
* Payment due date is 12th May, 2013.

3. Sabah West Coast Eco-Tourism Packages
   
Date: 27th May, 2013 (Monday)
Time: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Price: RM150 per pax ( Child aged 3 to 11 is at RM110 per pax)

4. Chartered Bus to Sandakan
Our members are chartering a coach bus to travel to Sandakan for the Sandakan Ye Clan Association Inauguration Banquet on 25th May and will be back to Kota Kinabalu on 26th May. One way trip takes about 7 hours and it will cost each member RM50. A round trip will cost RM100 per person. Anyone who is interested to share the bus with us is most welcome, please let us know as early as possible.
