本会谨订于2020年12月27日（星期日）上午十时三十分，
召开第五届第一次（2020年）常年会员大会
地点：
亚庇遗孀福利会会议厅（只限理事会成员出席现场）
暨 通过ZOOM会议软件（所有会员）
由于目前本州疫情持续暴增， 政府实施有条件行管令，所以理事会决定用现场和线上会议形式召开今年的会员大会。
请注意以下事项：
（一）请预先在您的电脑或手机上下载及安装ZOOM App.
（二）秘书处将于会员大会当早在WhatsApp 会员群组发布ZOOM会议链接。请在早上十时三十分准时点击此链接出席大会。

NOTICE
The Association is going to hold the 2020 AGM on December 27, 2020 (Sunday), at 10.30am.
Venue:
Kota Kinabalu Widows Welfare Association Conference Hall (Only Committee Members are allowed to attend on-site)
And through ZOOM MEETING SOFTWARE (FOR ALL MEMBERS)
As the Covid-19 cases in this state continues to surge and the Government has implemented the Conditional Movement Control Order, the Committee decided to hold this year's General Meeting in the form of both on-site and online meetings.
Please note the following:
(1) Please download and install the ZOOM App on your computer or mobile phone in advance.
(2) The Secretariat will publish the ZOOM meeting link in the WHATSAPP MEMBERS GROUP on the morning of the AGM. Please click on this link to attend the Meeting on time at 10:30 in the morning.

Statement of Accounts for the year ended December 31, 2019
6. To discuss the Proposals submitted by the Members (if any)
