本会谨订于2016年5月22日（星期日）上午十时，假Hilltop海中海海鲜餐厅召开第三届第一次（2016年）常年会员大会

暨 颁发2015年度会员子女学业优良奖励金

请注意以下事项：

（一）     会员如有提案，请于2016年5月10日前以书面呈交秘书处，以便编入议程。

（二）     有意申请2015年度会员子女学业优良奖励金者，请向秘书处索取有关细节及申请表格。报名截止日期为2016年5月10日。

（三）     还未缴付2016年度会费之普通/附属会员，可在会员大会当日交缴给财政，以便能继续享有会员权益。

NOTICE

The Association will hold the 5^th Annual General Meeting (2016)

Cum the Presentation of the Excellence Study Awards for Members’ Children (2015)

on 22^nd May, 2016 (Sunday) at 10a.m. at Deep Sea Seafood Restaurant, Hilltop.

Please take note of the following:

(1)   All proposals from Members need to be submitted to the Secretary in written form by 10^th May, 2016 in order to be adopted into the Agenda.

(2)   The Details for the Excellence Study Awards for Members’ Children (2015) and the Application forms can be obtained from the Secretariat. The closing date for the application is 10^th May, 2016.

(3)   For those Ordinary / Affiliated Members who haven’t paid the Year 2016’s Subscription Fee, they can pay to the Treasurer on the day of the Annual General Meeting, in order to continually enjoy their membership privileges.

All members are cordially invited to attend the Meeting for the deliberation of matters important to the Association. Lunch will be provided after the meeting.
